Software Training
EMB Training is a natural extension of our philosophy of knowledge transfer, which underlies both EMB consultancy and EMB software. We can help strengthen your business through training in actuarial applications and/or use of EMB software.
We have a wide range of courses designed for different people within your organization including senior management, underwriters, actuaries, and Management Information staff. Where appropriate, delegates work as individuals or in small groups at PCs.
Training is offered through public courses (around the country) and tailor-made in-house courses.
We have included here outlines of some of the more common courses selected, but this is by no means exhaustive, and we often develop a tailor-made in-house course specifically for the client.
Full day courses usually run from 9.30am till 5pm.
The number of delegates that can be accommodated per trainer on an in-house course varies depending on the nature of the material, but as a guide, one trainer is usually required for up to four delegates, two for up to ten delegates, and three for up to sixteen delegates. In addition, any hotel & travel expenses are charged.
