In order to build DFA models, EMB have developed what we believe to be the world’s leading financial simulation software, Igloo Professional. Rather than being a one-size-fits-all model, Igloo provides a flexible framework for building simulation models and allows our clients to construct ICA models that are bespoke to their business. This gives them full control over the modeling techniques adopted, and the level of detail within the modeling.
Of course, any model is only as good as the quality of the data and parameters on which it is based. Hence EMB have developed another software tool, EMB Igloo Professional with Extremb, to assist in the data analysis and parameterization of these models.
This powerful combination of leading-edge software and framework, together with expert advice from EMB consultants, results in clients being able to place greater confidence in their models and hence find them useful not only in complying with the new regulations, but also as a powerful management tool.
